Standard interview process, programming test, written multiple choice test and company ethics questionnaire. If you present passion for work and advancement they get it as a very good sign for a junior engineer. On the bad side they offer a bit higher than the minimum wage as a start.

I had applied for a 2yrs experience java developer role with a gap. Interviewer was very nice and humble and made me feel absolutely comfortable while answering technical questions. I was asked questions on java OOPS concepts, String, Switch case scenario, exception handling etc..
