Deloitte Software Engineer interview questions

Applied online and got called for a 30 min screening about a week later. A few days after got an email to schedule the second round. It’s split into a 30 min behavioral and 30 min technical. About a week later decisions are given via phone call

I went through 4 rounds of interviews. The last one was with the managing partner which also went well. No response within a week from the last interview, so I followed up - still no response. Gave it another week and sent a follow-up email to the recruiter again, got a very generic response that my application is trending in a positive way and they will circle back. A month went by, haven't heard anything back so I sent another follow-up email and was ghosted this time. Waste of candidates' time if they can't even communicate if it's a rejection, alto on the application dashboard it still says the application is in process....
