applied via online application on website then was contacted to do an online aptitude test (SHL). After a week, I was then invited to do an on-site group assessment, which asked a group of 8 interviewees to analyse and solve a case study. We were split into 2 groups and each group had different information. The case I did was about restructuring an inefficient restaurant and cafe that was starting to lose money. Just common business knowledge is needed to understand and solve through the case student. Also, don't try and dominate the conversation, instead, try and be a team player. Apparently in this stage, there is no set number of interviewees that they will allow to proceed to the next stage. In other words, if you all perform well, everyone can pass to the the next stage, which is the partner interview.
In the partner interview, it really depends on who you get. I heard from other interviewees that their partner interview was really relaxed. Unfortunately, I got grilled from the first second I entered the room. I was asked questions like, how they are structured, why they should hire me since everyone who got to the partner's interview is super qualified already, why HK (the interview was adamant that starting my career abroad would be a wiser decision, so whatever I said was refuted).
