I applied online. I interviewed at Deutsche Bank in Jan 2021
Interview
I have never been treated as well during the recruitment and interview process as I have with DB. Hands down the most responsive, respectful, and efficient process end-to-end than *any* financial firm I have applied with. Within the same week that I had my first interview with DB, another major bank extended an offer after six months of my initial interview with them and keeping me in the dark during that time. I told my amazing DB recruiter Sam and he immediately jumped into action, did the impossible, and gave me the impression that DB is truly different from the rest. In the end, DB's offer was exponentially better, but I was really sold on the superior way they treated their interview candidates.

Interview
The interview process was more than tedious for an entry level position, requiring nearly five rounds of one-on-one interviews. The following onboarding process was equally tedious, with them requiring significantly more information than your standard company.
