This round was much harder as the senior management personnel were much harder to read. Questions were also much more difficult to prepare for as they were more about your character, values, goals etc. Overall, I am greatly impressed with the bank, very friendly personnel and interviews were all on time and handled professionally.

Following on from SJT, if successful there is a telephone interview with HR with the usual questions: Why DB and the role? Why you should be hired? Final stage is assessment centre: back to back interview with MDs and VPs, 30 mins each but could be longer.
