I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deutsche Bank (Sankt Petersburg, )
Interview
There were several steps (with 1-2 weeks between each one):
1. Firstly HR contacted me by email and setup a phone call.
2. At phone call I was asked few questions about math, algorithms and logic. After passing this interview I was invited for interview in office
3. First interview in office took several hours. I talked with several engineers and managers. I was again (more detailed) asked about algorithms, Java, programming and management experience. And regular HR stuff.
4. Second office interview was with managers. At that moment they was already positive and we discussed possible offer options.
