Interview
Initial process was standard phone interview with HR. If approved, in person interview with Director and Manager. Follow up interview with team lead. Key points were experience, ability, and understanding of production issues. Ability to articulate ideas and opinions was main focus.

Straightforward and simple with competenacy q's and no technical questions it was probably easier than I thought. Nice people behind the process
