Question 1
In generale domande molto tecniche, ad esempio la complessità computazionale (espressa in O(n) ) di determinati algoritmi
onsite assessment, first round interview, then maybe second round interview or directly to super day? I was declined in the first round so I don't have much info about following process.

It was mostly about your CV. Nothing out of box. And interviewers were very supportive too. They took too long to schedule the interviews. Proper feedback was not given too.
