Interview
The Interview took 2 hours of just .NET CLR conceptual question, they were criticizing and very deeply following up my answers, they were looking for a textbook definition of answer and not accepting anything else, for example I got mixed-up the word "ordering" with "sorting" and had a long lecture about it, I doubt that if they understand it themselves

Interview
Overall the process starts with introducing yourself. The second part is when the department head comes and asks you question but some thing that sounded off was slightly irrelevant questions that they tried digging in and also what personally I didnot like was their arrogant behavior where HR and the department head could trough glances to each other and etc. This is actually quite personal thing but they seemed to me quite toxic. And the most important question that I was baffled was why for this position they gave excel technical exam which certainly required at least sql knowledge.
Had HR interview: short, mostly general questions, plans, reasons and salary expecation.
Technical Interview:
Included a lot of questions about databases and how code runs under the hood. Topped with only a couple questions about theoretical computer science.
Team Interview:
Interview with different teams till one makes an offer
