It’s a 2 interview process, one being over the phone and the other is virtual. Phone interview is more about letting you know about the position. The virtual interview is about getting to know you.

Phone interview. In person interview scheduled for next day. Hired onspot. Given tour and onboarding started. Fingerprinting was scheduled offsite for end of same week but could have been done same day. No drug test required.
