Easy, the process was pretty quick but they forgot to tell me I was hired. I had to call a week later and they said "oh did no one tell you you start Monday"

It was a very smooth process. They ask all of the usual interview questions along with asking about your personal goals and life. They do not make you feel overwhelmed and nervous. I had an online skype interview and left it feeling positive
