Interview
Long process: you apply, get a response within a week. This is for you to meet with the friendly HR team. If they like you overall, they will call you back and let you know in a day or so. Then, they will call you in again and they will prep you so you know what to say when you get to the actual interview with the manager. If that goes well you'll know in another few days, and then you take a drug test.
It was very straight forward. I had an initial phone screening just learning more about the position and what all was a part of the new team. The other team members were present for the interview itself. Good experience.

Interview
Basic interview process. Started with an over the phone interview that lasted around 10-15 minutes. Asked standard questions like strengths, weaknesses, why you think you’re a good fit for the job. Second interview was with a recruiter and again asked the same questions. Played a game where you had to organize cards that had certain traits on them. Had to rank them by which trait you feel that you display the most. Third and final interview was with a Team Leader/Hiring Manager. Most of the same questions as previously stated just going into more detail. Had to do a role play as if you were answering the call from a customer. Received a call later on that day from the recruiter offering me the position and I accepted.
