Discover interview questions

Applied through employee referral. Telephone interview with hiring manager followed by onsite interview. Onsite interview lasted about 3hours, 1:1 with 4 people including hiring manager. At onsite interview everyone brought a paper, asked questions from that and made note of my answers.

First step is a brief 10-15 minute phone interview then a face to face interview. The questions were fairly simple and a run down of your background. Just waiting to see how the rest will go.
