I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Discover (Salt Lake City, UT)
Interview
Well. I was called in last minute, so I felt rushed and way nervous. The facility was big, and shiny and beautiful! HR calls you in from a common room and the recruiter takes you on a tour of the whole facility. It's amazing! They have a gym, in-house café and doctors office. All to keep the employee happy. After the tour, you go in a small office for a one on one meeting. Standard questions, but then they pull out a stack of cards with words on one side, definitions on another, and you have to organize them in 3 groups and then they ask you about the word and definition. It was off-putting and weird. I felt like I was giving the wrong meaning for every word. It took about 45 minutes for the whole process, and as soon as I walked out, I knew I had blown it!
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Discover (Bloomington, IN) in Sep 2015
Interview
I attended a career fair, and they had a booth set up. I waited a little while before talking with one of their representatives. I later sent in my application (both through their website and my school's own system), and was granted a behavioral interview. It went pretty well- standard questions about my resume, experiences, how I might fit the company, etc. I heard back from them a few days later.

Interview
The interview was partially behavioral, and partially a simple case that involved simple math and basic financial understanding. The behavioral part was standard, and the case was not difficult - a very fair interview process.
