In my case was pretty easy. It took the whole process a week and got the offer. I applied online, the recruiter called me next day to go over the position and also do the screening process, then I was invited to go to the office and talk to the Sr. Recruiter. Then I was invited to talk to the Sr. Manager from the Department, went over the position and also thru the interview questions. Super easy. They ask you to sell them a pen and ask how you would handle situations. It was laid back and comfortable but there were a lot of people applying at once.
