When you're done filling out the ridiculously long application online and taking two separate quizzes for the position online you get a call within a week if you qualified. First comes the 20min phone interview, then a one on one with HR where they tell you what you need to be prepared for the group interview which takes about 30min. Next group interview, and finally one on one with management of your department.

The interviewing process was very easy. They got back to me fairly soon after applying. First there was a phone interview. The guy I interviewed with did not even seem like he worked at the Phoenix location. Only asked basic questions and set up the in person interview. That was also easy and asked questions that related to job. Also required you to read statements to make sure you would be okay on the phones
