I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Discover
Interview
Applied via campus recruiter. Interview asked puzzle-type questions, interviewers not very personable. Did not enjoy interview process, no questions related to internship program and job skills. Had 2 30 minute interviews on campus with current employees who didn't run the internship program and didn't seem to know much about the program itself. Probably would have been better for full-time interviews.

I had three interviews with the company. An initial phone interview and two face to face. Everyone was very nice and made you feel relaxed. I had several recruiters sending my resume to them for other positions but I did not receive an interview. I finally received an interview for the company when I had decided to apply on my own for this position.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Discover (Riverwoods, IL)
Interview
I participated in a phone interview for the position, which took approximately 40 minutes to complete. It was a very normal interview overall, focusing on my skills, past experience, and career interests. I received a phone call within 3 business days offering me the position.
