Discover interview questions

Went through back to back 6 interviews which had same/similar very basic and naïve questions. This showed maturity of that organization. I would always stay away from an organization where majority of people are non-technical and expect the developer to deliver everything!!!

During the interview process for the Application Engineer (Full Stack) position at Discover, my experience was mixed. The interviewer was exceptionally kind, creating a comfortable atmosphere. However, the technical round felt challenging as it focused heavily on my resume and included vague questions that resembled a system design interview rather than a traditional technical assessment. Unfortunately, my lack of preparation for this format led to my application being rejected after the initial round.
