Interview
I spoke with the store manager who hired me the next day. She said she needed someone immediately and I could start pretty much ASAP, so I was a good choice for her. She asked me a number of basic questions about my experience, and the manager said she hated doing interviews. She also mentioned the company's low pay but I needed a job right away so I took the position anyway.
Very easy cookie cutter questions.
Training was very straightforward.
Employer talked about the company and its missions.
There were no problem solving questions or scenarios asked.
Gave me the walk around of the store and what roles were available and what they would be doing with responsibilities

It was great. Good communication. I acknowledged how I would handle a return or even an irate customer. Guest service is of the most. Customer service is of the essence of a great run store. Have fun and appreciate all customers and help out with anything you can do.
