Dollar General Key Holder interview questions

I applied for the position through a job board online.I was then called in for an interview. During the interview I was asked multiple questions regarding my past job experiences and also my extra curricular activities. After the first interview I was offered the position.

The interview process was basically me asking questions while the boss played on his phone. I was very turned off by the entire situation. I needed a job at the time, so I went along with it. I eventually found out that he was just hired as store manager and had absolutely no experience interviewing employees.
