Applied online, then called to see if they were still hiring, and got a call a few days later saying that they wanted to set me up for a interview

I was contacted roughly a week after applying. I had an informal interview with the manager. We walked the store and I was shown around, told the basic responsibilities I would have. I was asked if I was interested at the end of the interview and was hired on the spot.
