Donor Development Strategies interview questions

I showed up and I was asked a couple questions why I thought I would be successful as a canvasser. After this, I was offered the job on the spot.

They ask you about your previous customer service, or sales experience. Basically to see if you can hold a conversation. Nothing in depth or how you would handle certain circumstances. They make an offer at the end, which is you start at $10 an hour and can make 35% or $50 (Whichever is less) of any contributions, if you raise more than $175 per day.
