The interview process itself was straightforward. I had to speak with the recruiter, hiring manager, then a few peer cross functional stakeholders that the role would be working with. Everyone was smart, thoughtful, and kind during the process - I enjoyed speaking with the various team members. The only downside was getting updates and follow ups from the recruiter. Through out the process I had to reach out to understand who I would be speaking to next, ask when I would hear back, etc, and sometimes I would have to follow up three times before hearing back. After all interviews were done, I waited and I never ended up getting an update. The only way I know I didn't get the role is because I see it has been taken down from the site. This was a few months ago now, but it was a terrible experience as a candidate. I have never been ghosted by a recruiter during the interview process like this.
