Pretty simple, few stages and then a panel presentation at the end about the role and how to address challenges of potential customers. Usually get an hour to do the panel, but I’d say that it was a good experience.

Interview
My first interview was conducted with a recruiter, which went very well. The job posting itself mentioned that prior experience in the IT role was not necessary, but if there was motivation and a willingness to learn, they would handle the training process. In the second interview, with the sales director, the situation was quite different. We spoke in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and his demeanor was not very friendly. He was somewhat arrogant and questioned me several times about why I wanted to leave my current job if I didn't know the technical terms he was asking about. The job ad and the screening done by the recruiter did not align with the second interview. There should be corrections made to the job postings.
On the official website, they announce that if you live X miles away from the office, you can work 100% remotely (which was my case). In the first interview, they mentioned that I would have to go to the office two days a week. In the second interview, they said I would have to go to the office three days a week.
