EPAM Systems Data Scientist interview questions

Had 5 steps, it was fast and smooth. 2 of them were technical which starts with easy questions and getting harder but not a big deal. We can say harder questions were easy for seniors, normal for mid-levels etc. At the end, passed all steps, they congrats but they didn't have active project which is suitable for my level. Then they put me in a list. It was the worst part, I don't know why I interviewed if they do not have any open positions for me.

First was shortlisted for an online coding test which included questions from databases and system infrastructure. On passing the online test was notified that an interview would be scheduled but never got a reply from them and the whole process was a waste.
