EPAM Systems Designer interview questions

three stages: I first had a phone call with HR, then was arranged given a small project to work on (HR was very helpful in answering questions) and had an interview with people working there

It was quick with few questions asked about myself. I mainly was sold the idea of working there. They did a couple of interesting recent projects they wanted to talk through. It wasn't too lengthy and was told I could start the following month at the end.
