I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Neu-Delhi) in Jun 2022
Interview
The Overall process was smooth. . The General round was really good, Interview was quite friendly and explained me about all the rounds and Epam background.
The final decision is taken based on feedback of technical round. In my case Technical round went well i answered rightly for nearly 90% question , explaining the logic of backend implementation, yet the feedback from the interview was not positive .
A candidate invest lot of efforts in overall interview process. I dont think a single persons verdict should only be considered, he/she might have limited knowledge or may be biased

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Neu-Delhi) in May 2022
Interview
Applied through LinkedIn. Receiving an online test, the online test was easy and mostly contained basic oops concepts.
After a couple of weeks I received an email requesting for a general interview. In the general interview, the recruiter talked about the company, salary expectations and interview process.
After another week, I received an invitation for a technical interview. The interview was focused on basic oops and agile processes. The interviewer asked a broad scope of questions without going too much into details.
Finally received a call from the recruiter about the outcome of the technical interview, and scheduled an offer letter interview.
In offer key letter interview, the recruiter presented an offer along with a joining bonus and rules regarding the work.
There were situations where the first recruiter and offer interview recruiter had different points which was off putting.

Interview
Regular questions about Java, databases, rest api and spring framework. Interview was 1 - 2 hours , and checks technical background with theoretical questions asked. Overall not hard interview if you understand how everything works, not only memorized it
