Cleared 3 technical interview rounds and was initially informed that I would be considered for a Technical Lead role managing a team of 5. However, after the interviews, the recruitment process became unclear and prolonged. The offered grade and CTC were revised downward multiple times despite earlier discussions. Several additional discussions and interviews were scheduled, including a client round for technologies outside my 10+ years of core experience. The communication was inconsistent, with frequent delays in responses and changing expectations. Overall, the experience felt unstructured and resulted in significant time investment without transparency regarding the final hiring decision and compensation.

9 years experience Java, AWS Interview Topics: JVM, SOLID, JMM, Spring Boot, Kafka, K8s, Architectural and LLD questions. 1 coding round, 2 Technical rounds and a client round In coding round easy difficulty leetcode question and a stream API question were asked. 1st technical round was good and mostly focused on my resume and work experience, along with System Design and SOLID principles. 2nd technical round mostly tried to question on theoretical knowledge along with a medium difficulty leetcode question. No discussion on project experience and behavioral question, which was disappointing. Till the interview was getting cleared, I was getting calls from TA. After my last round, there is no update from TA team.
