I had applied for the job a year and a half before they assigned the first interview. Nevertheless, the interview was interesting and the hiring process wasn't so long as awaiting the first answer. For now, I've been working for Epam for a year, and I am satisfied enough. The interviewers could be different (it's a huge company), so it's impossible to predict anything about the tech interview questions and process, as far as I know. HR interview is the same as everywhere else (in Russia), except that they will test your English on the first call. Tech interviews could be partly in English as well.
