Interview Process in EPAM Systems company went pretty fast: firstly - call from HR, then - two tech interviews and actual job offer at the end. Questions were adapted well for the job title.

The process was on their testing platform. The questions were quite easy. Livecoding was done on that platform too, recommend to preparing without IDE before interview, as there is no intellisense.
