I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Buenos Aires) in Oct 2024
Interview
The technical interview was fairly standard, however quite invasive. It's almost like a proctored exam were you're not able to use google or anything like that, which in this day an age, is ridiculous.
There are people with disabilities that are capable of working just fine in these positions, and not allowing someone to google a command or open an interface to tell you what the name of the option you're thinking of is completely risible.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Tiflis) in Mar 2025
Interview
Its quite good, there was 5 person which asked questions related Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Azure and AI/ML.
Also they asked about system design.
There is no any Hackerrank or Leetcode questions, so they just wanted to make sure the interviewer have enough knowledge on that field.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EPAM Systems in Mar 2025
Interview
Worst interview process of my life.
The first interview with the recruiter went fine. I then had a technical interview that was okay, although quite long (1.5 hours), and the interviewer gave me positive feedback.
After that, the recruiter told me the first technical interview was fine, but that I needed to do a second one.
The second technical interview was a complete nightmare. It lasted two hours, and the interviewer kept interrupting me the entire time. He asked me about almost every technology imaginable. Near the end, he asked me to solve a very difficult coding challenge in Python.
It honestly felt like I was interviewing to join NASA.
There were three rounds. The interview was conducted remotely and it happened within three days. First round with basic questions, second round with the lead person, and then the manager round.
