EPAM Systems interview questions

5-6 steps. Two of them technical. They ask for experience, technology, after that there is test online and technical interview with one of developer. The process is quiet long but they don't offfert good money.

Pretty much leet code. Tasks with bit operations, specific C coding syntax. There were questions regarding having commits on mainline kernel. Everything was setup in a static way, the interviewer didn't have any empathy and just went on interviewing like a robot.
