EPAM Systems interview questions

Uncertainty gave 1:30 hrs interview technical discussion twice answered all the questions related to Devops, SRE,AWS,Azure etc…. With excellence technical panel said he will arrange last discussion with CTO and looking forward to see me in the team. No calls or emails from past 1week when called the HR/Recruiter he said we have put your profile on hold since you have cleared all the rounds however your profile suitable for Lead Devops as per the technical discussions not for the Architect position…. I feel like wasted my time and it’s a new scam by so call service based companies.

First an intro call with a recruiter, which is a general interview, then a long technical interview focused on Python and AWS in my case and then project interviews that vary depending on the client.
