EPAM Systems interview questions

Fue una entrevista en linea por una persona de la india. Pregunto un monton de detalles tecnicos irrelevantes y aunque le decias que no tenias experiencia con cierta tecnologia seguia con las preguntas de esa tecnologia. Fue una entrevista muy pesada de casi 2 horas. Creo que es una manera muy mala de entrevistar, no te muestra las aptitudes de una persona.

The interview process took around 2-3 weeks, consisting of three stages: Recruiter Screening Call, Technical Interview, and Managerial Interview. All interviewers were calm, pleasant and professional throughout. The process was well-organized with clear communication between stages. The atmosphere was comfortable and conducive to meaningful discussions. A clear offer letter was delivered through a dedicated platform, which also handled the Accept/Decline decision.
