EPAM Systems interview questions

Everything was fine and polite. Several interviews with HR, project manager and Head of unit. I managed clients infrastructure with the goal to deliver scalable solutions that are more efficient automated continuous integrations where delivery is focused on reliability, resiliency, and performance. I worked with big data, ad tech and game developers in a rapidly scaling start-up environment.

I applied through HR who initially contacted me. The process consisted of 3 interviews: - HR Screening that took 30 minutes. - Technical interview, where I was asked numerous questions about .NET basics, CLR, ASP.NET Core structure, Databases, Architectures, Working tools, Cloud, Unit and integration testing. there were also brought tasks about writing code in c# and solving algorithmic problems. The interview lasted about 3 hours. - Managerial Interview which was held with countrymen and accomplished mostly in English. I basically was asked the same questions from the technical interview regarding architecture and my attitude towards programing languages and approaches. Honestly it was a bit boring. The main interviewer stopped the interview 15 minutes earlier before the offer and accused me of having very bad English and even evaluated my level as A1 which is blatantly ridiculous. I have performed dozens of interviews in English even with native speakers and nobody has ever had a problem with my language skill even though I have some kind of speaking disorder. The interviewer demanded a B1 level which was his level probably at most. So incompetent. They were from Tbilisi office. Overall I enjoyed the first two interviews, especially the technical one. The last one was the worst experience.
