HR, technical, then leadership match. Quick process with helpful colleagues. They made me feel involved and appreciated from the start. Technical interview was tough, like an exam, it really took 1.5 hours.

Phone screening (about 10 minutes long): didn't get to asked much on the phone.
Skill check test : 12 questions for the general localization skill, and 12 questions for QA localization skill (both translated from English to Japanese).

I didn't get asked much questions but the recruiter explained the hiring process on the phone. Then, got an email for the skill test.
Scheduled call with HR. No one showed up. Waited for 20 minutes, then sent them an email. After that got a call from HR.
Scheduled a job interview. Again, waited for 20 minutes, nobody showed up. Looks like a pattern, eh?
Tells me a lot about company.
