I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Recife, )
Interview
A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn for a job position in the US with visa sponsor. First there was a 30 min interview with someone from HR to talk about experience, background, salaries etc.
Then a 1h30min technical interview with another developer. Asked a lot of questions about java core, springboot, database concepts, CI/CD... same things most of the technical interview ask. Interviewer was really nice though. There was a live coding exercise about data structure and he was helping all the way.
Passed the tech interview and they let you choose one of the cities in the US they have projects. Then you talk with another person from HR to align expectations, salaries and talk about the visa process.
After that meeting I refused the offer because salary was way below average comparing to other companies in the US.

Interview
There was 2 technical interview, difficulty level is moderate. Interviewer was good and overall process too, not received offer with comment that you are not good at X skill, which I have not mentioned in my CV too. One should take care of it before shortlisting any candidate.
