EPAM Systems interview questions

Professional interviewer. Very friendly and cozy atmosphere, that was more likely an interesting discussion rather than formal procedure. That was really comfortable and clear information regarding next required steps. General question regarding experience and some specific question to check knowledge plus several cases as a practical tasks.

First round with the recruiter gave off scammy and untrustworthy vibes, the recruiter didn't seem to know much about the role or company. - Fully remote but not allowed to work abroad for a few days due to "security reasons" - Unclear salary expectations - Didn't know what the term consultant means and tried to argue that the company wasn't a consultancy when it is. Very weird. Technical interview gave off scammy vibes. They wanted to record the meeting and offered no explanation except for "company policy". Company seems unserious and untrustworthy. A classic American consultancy that hires cheap labour from East Europe and India.
