EPAM Systems interview questions

The technical interview was pretty straight forward. Just popular questions, nothing too tricky. There was no coding challenge, but perhaps this depends on the interviewer. Up to this point, the process was smooth and fast. But then I was told that the results would come within 2 days, now it's been 2 weeks already and I still haven't heard from them (not sure if the Russia - Ukraine tensions had anything to do with this).
