I applied online. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Pune) in Nov 2018
Interview
Interview process is pretty thorough. I was grilled on almost all the topics around Java and its frameworks. Below were the rounds taken
Technical round 1 (Indian)
Technical round 2 (Global)
Managerial Round (Indian)
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EPAM Systems
Interview
We had an interview on EPAM's online interviewing platform. Even though there were some technical issues, the overall process was very smooth. Interviewer was very kind and supportive. You are not able to run your code, you will be asked both theoretical as well as practical questions
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What's the difference between Promise.all and Promise.race?
I never received an invitation for a call it was always by email, tons of questions, back and forward interactions. Then I received a Java test, it was clearly for a dev, I obtained almost 100 score, because of my dev background a long time ago, but my unique contact told me that the minimum for QA is 100 and more. I tried to explain to her that the test has nothing to do with automation, she didn't truly care about my feedback. I requested my test to improve my skills she told me it is not possible to share the test, what she really can is to share with me my score (thank God she can tell me my result haha)

Question 1
The test is a drag and drop of java sentences, but they are evaluating your responses times and it's mandatory to turn on your webcam to take photos of you as well (does not trust(?))
