I applied online. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Minsk) in Nov 2018
Interview
The Interview process was well-organized. I started my IT Business analysis career at Epam and they proposed me training and practice. As I came to company as Junior, I got full support, learning materials, good Resource manager, BA community,
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Málaga) in Oct 2021
Interview
Recruiter reached out over LinkedIn, shared information about the role and relocation details and scheduled a call for the phone screen.
Prior to the phone screen, some questions about technical experiences, education, notice period, salary expectations and relocation-related questions were shared and answered via email.
During the phone screen, past and current roles, skills and experiences on the CV were discussed in detail. More details about the opportunity, package, relocation etc were clarified. Next steps of the interview process were also explained. The recruiter said that the online assessment details and links will be shared the following week.
However the online assessment was never shared. As the salary package being offered was much less than my expectations, I did not follow up with a reminder either.

Interview
It all started with a phone call from the HR rep. Then 3 days later a technical interview. Based on the performance results at the technical interview, a higher manager requested another interview which ended up being another technical interview. After 4 days I was told my knowledge was not good enough and they needed a more experienced person. If that was true, why waste people time and schedule that second interview?
