EPAM Systems interview questions

No HR interview. Pushing for the dates. Tech and manager interview. No feedback in the end. Just collecting data and waste of time. Usual Epam behavior. No answers for my questions.

Although the interview was tough and intellectually demanding, the interviewer was genuinely nice and pleasant throughout the process. They maintained a friendly and respectful tone, which helped create a comfortable atmosphere despite the challenging questions. Their supportive attitude made the experience feel less intimidating and allowed the conversation to flow more naturally, even when the discussion became difficult.
