EPAM Systems interview questions

Process made me not want to continue anymore with them. Applied online, got a call from HR in a week of application, HR was nice, kept me posted about steps, however they bounced me around with various teams, kept scheduling interviews for 3 months (most time the reasons were someone did not join and hence want to interview again), at the end of 6th round and 3 months of interviews, I was exhausted and was not interested anymore. Had a few other offers and had to decide so moved on.

I was applying for the Payroll Accountant in Gdansk, Poland. First interview was held on July 28,2021 with recruiter. After this there were held 3 more interviews and 2 tests. After all these stages I received a call that they are hiring me for this position and I should started on September 20,2021. However, recruiter forgot to check my documents as I am foreigner and they started to check after September 20. According to this my hiring was postponed. I tried to reach them many times in order to understand do they hire me or not, but they did not answer my emails. They called me after 2 weeks proposing to obtain work permit, but instead of it I needed to work 2 years or pay 4500USD. I agreed, but after it they again dissapear for 2 weeks. Then I received email that I need to pay for everything by my own and they will compensate. At last, I wrote email that would not work with them as experienced high level of unprofessionalism and disrespect. Frankly speaking I have a feeling that I was not participating in recruitment process of serious company with staff of professionals as they brand themselves, but in unfair game with not understandable rules.
