I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Chennai) in Sep 2021
Interview
First round: HR screening and it was very nice and very short (11 minutes or so). The second one was scheduled to be about 90 mins on a Monday morning as I had Round1 Technical Interview where I was
Assigned to speak with a guy who was determined to be rude as much as he can.
I had some heated conversation with him as I was trying to explain to him what I know and how
I do the CI/CD process and code review and other practices.
I can not doubt his technical knowledge but that’s not an excuse for someone to be like that.
I had to hang up and chose not to finish the interview as that was a good reflection to what I should have to face if I ever got the job with them.
Phone and then physical conversation with manager amd account manager. We together were exploring opportunities at the company. They telled me about them and asked me a little bit about me . No hard questions or anything, felt good

Question 1
What do you do on your freetime? Where are you in 5 years? What are your passion in life?
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (New York, NY)
Interview
I passed all interviews and they didn't sign my contract. They made me participate in 4 meetings about the project and in the end say that they would only hire me next year. Besides wanting to hire programmers for half the price. Total disregard and lack of respect. Company does not deliver what it promises. They made a company open to issue receipts and in the end they didn't sign my contract. I have never seen an interview process as amateurish and disrespectful as this one. 3 months waiting to sign my contract to stay on promise at the end. I do not recommend. They made you lose money by opening a company for nothing... Don't believe what they say.
