EPAM Systems interview questions

On the first online interview we talked about my skills, education and experience in this field. The second interview is taking a test on the Codility platform (1 task, 30 minutes). And third and forth stage is an interview with data scientist or developers, where some part is english test and speaking english for Russian.

There is an initial phone call with the recruiter who discussed about what is the skillset, what is your current project, why are you looking for a new job etc.. The technical interviewer was purely looking for the syntax instead of the logic or candidate approach towards the problem solving and the disappointing thing is, there are no questions on design
