1- 30 minutes HR meeting (speaking about technical background,soft skills, company environment) 2- 90 minutes Technical Interview(15 min spaking about my background, 15 min questions about fundemental of programming and OOP, 30 min code-review session, 30 min SQL and algorithm question) 3- 60 minutes Manager Interview (speaking about project types,details, technoogies, opportunities and more)

1. basic HR interview 2. coding challange. 3. meeting with 2 senior developer I received offer at the last interview, less than excepted but I accepted. Few days later I received e-mail from HR in my offer but way less than we was talking about at the interview. I declined, horrible...
