EPAM Systems interview questions

My Interview experience with EPAM recruitment process was not great. Recruiter reached out to me and highlighted the role details and assessed initial fitment. Recruiter aligned my First round of interview subsequently. EPAM internal communication channel on hiring is broken. Interviewer started the conversation with totally different expectations which were not highlighted in JD. Within 5 minutes of interview, Interviewer apologized for confusion and said that he will work with his recruiter and fix their internal process and have my interview rescheduled with correct team. I had followed with recruiter also, but no updates from past 1 month.

I was given interview for Data engineer position. it is 3 rounds. 1st one is technical, 2nd is test and final round is technical + managerial round. I cleared all. it took around 2-3 weeks. I have shared the documents as per the recruiter and I waited for offer letter as it is processed for finance approval. after 2-3 days, she said that due to some business reasons my profile is not selected and she is not telling the exact reason behind this. as i heard there is no job security, please do not join here unless you do not have other offer.
