EPAM Systems interview questions

First a prescreening interview with HR, then with a wider audience of Lead UXers managers and their director. During the second round I hardly could speak because one of the interviewers spoke so much about his way of thinking about the design field, and his phone chimed all the time, getting messages. I find this disrespectful. Now, two months later I can be sure I was ghosted, as I was promised a response a few days later they never got back to me.

There will be 3 rounds of interviews, screening with HR, interview with 2 experience designers and last round with the hiring manager and have to complete a challenge before moving on. The process is really quick and HR is really helpful and friendly, interviewer are very encouraging and supportive!
