EPAM Systems interview questions

2 language, positive, informative, joyful.. 2 person from other country took interview from me, we talked about my current jobs, and what is my goal in future 5 years, and why i have to choose Epam

EPAM was interested in my experience and asked me to have a phone call with the recruiter. There were standard questions about what I have been doing at work all these years. After that, she came back with a sudden response that we absolutely cannot provide you with any opportunity. Perioid. I asked if there is a possibility to be hired on the positions across the board and she said that she might take my CV to the department which is in charge of outside opportunities.; also she said I can apply on my own with my CV. When I tried to do so - the automatic process on their career portal just gave me an IMMEDIATE response, that there is nothing we can offer you. No work experience review, not discussion...and this is for the PM position. And when I tried to ask her about the details of such a process - she just stopped to respond to my e-mails! You might think this is because of the lack of my experience or any exaggerated requirements from me, but I wouldn't say so as long as I have been hired by a big Cloud provider afterward.
