The process was based on RH assessment and a technical Interview. The former was awful. The questions were made based on structures of Python/R. Types of statistical methods applied during my academic career. With documentation open you will be successful. Not asked by experience, only technical issues that even Google can answer.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (London, England) in Sep 2017
Interview
There were at least 3-4 rounds of interviews, with the last one conducted by the client (!) I would have been deployed to. The client was under the impression I was already working for EPAM, and I had to clarify to them I wasn't - pretty embarrassing.
Despite having been through 3-4 rounds of interviews at that stage, including passing all the technical internal EPAM interviews, I *never* heard back after that. Given that they approached me in the first place, I found this absolutely unbelievable - worst interview experience ever.
